Yes! The registration form can be sent to us (info@iced24.africa) without the name(s) of the attending delegate(s). In the names section of the registration form please use “TBA” (to be announced). The name(s) can be provided up to 60 days prior to the event.
A. Yes, the conference is hybrid. In this case, please complete each section in the registration form and select your registration option. Once submitted, you will receive an automated invoice. If you are having difficulties with the payment process, please contact accounts@iced24.africa and someone will assist.
You may choose to attend only one of the conference days, however, you will be required to pay the full participation conference fee.
Yes, we are able to provide you with an invitation letter. However, please note that VISA invitation letters will only be issued once FULL payment for the conference registration has been received.
Fees are inclusive of the 3-day conference/workshop, conference materials, lunches, snacks and networking dinner. Accommodation and travel expenses are NOT included in the participation fees.
In general, we have a reduced rate with the hotels listed on our website near USIU Africa where the conference is being held. If you would like to stay at another hotel, Jadea Ventures via info@jadeaventures.com or +254716604936 they are more than happy to make an alternative recommendation. Feel free to reach out to them on the Excursions and Private Safaris as well.
All excursions are pre-booked. If you are intending to visit the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage and Karen Blixen Museum, you will need to book and make payment by March 5, 2024, as bookings require a minimum of 3 months in advance booking.

ICED24 is designed to convene influencers in the higher education capacity development sector and serve as a learning and networking space for those in educational development. The fee ensures that you do not have to worry about your meals during the activities and you can easily take advantage of the breaks to network and connect.

You can register to attend the ICED24 conference up until the day of the live event. However, if you want to take advantage of the Early bird discount for registration fees, you will need to register and pay before February 29, 2024.
Yes you can share your presentation closer to the conference in case you have issues accessing or sharing yourself. It’s not mandatory to share this. Please use the link shared to send your presentation.
If your presentations are in two days, you need to inform the team who are the presenters. The presenters must be registered for the conference and the profiles shared in advance.
We accept all major credit cards – VISA, Mastercard, etc. We also accept payment via bank transfer. If you would like to pay using bank transfer, please check the details on the “ invoice” received after filling the registration form.
